Library Collaboration Rooms Usage 

• A library account is required before checking out a room.

• Check in with library staff or librarian before entering a room. Rooms are available on a "first come, first serve" basis.

• If we are not available, there is a collaboration room self-check form attached to the sliding door.

• Please complete the form and place it on the black tray at the library help desk.

• Food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up after yourself. 

• 4-hour time limit per day. 

You will be asked to leave this space if you choose not to follow the rules. 

Materials already in each room:

• Wipe-off board

• TV Monitor

• Table and chairs

• One HDMI adapter

• Power outlets

Both rooms can accommodate between one to four people.

Materials available for checkout:

• Two wipe-off board markers and eraser kits.

• One HDMI to USB-3 adapter, HDMI to mini HDMI adapter, and Thunderport to HDMI adapter kit.
