During the fall semester, use Yuja Panorama to work through your courses as the semester progresses to fix, replace, or adjust as needed to achieve 80% accessibility by the end of fall/start of Spring 2025.

This D2L Resource Guides Shell includes Brightspace (D2L) material as well as guides created specifically for CCA based on questions that have come up at various times. The guides are organized in modules by Tool. Click on Content to start viewing the resources.
The Office of OBL updated the Accessibility module in FA24 to support instructors and faculty in the use of Yuja Panorama and general accessibility in D2L to ensure creation of accessible content for all learners. You can find quick guides and video tutorials on how to evaluate external links, select contrasting colors with accessibility in mind, use the D2L Accessibility checker and the Video and Audio Notes tool, as well as guidance on making Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and PDF files accessible. Each of these topics are organized into submodules for ease of location and use.
