Search Poudre Libraries Collection

FRCC-Larimer Campus's books are searchable in the Poudre Libraries' catalog.

Relevant books could show up in a lot of places in the physical library collection. It depends on the angle of the topic - are you focused on regional history, arts, games, literature? Here are some library collections that may be helpful:

  • BIOGRAPHY: Organized by last name of person whose life is the focus, not by the author's last name (unless it is a memoir)
  • NON-FICTION: factual reporting of information. Poudre Libraries books are organized by Dewey Decimal Call numbers, which group similar topics together. The location of the book depends on the focus, time period, or geography.
  • REFERENCE: find a short overview of people, events, places, or concepts. Good place to start to find keywords and subtopics.
