MLA uses author-page style parenthetical citations. After your material to be cited put the author last name followed by the page number you found the information/quote on.

Three or more authors:
Cite the last names of all authors the first time the in-text citation is used in the paper.
For subsequent citation, use the first author's last name followed by "et al." Et al. means "and others."

Citing authors with same last names:
Include the first initials of both authors in the citation.

Personal communication
Cite by using the last name of the interviewee. You will not have a page number.
