Technical Support
- Extended night and evening technical support is available for faculty/instructors:
- For 24x7 Support Desk Assistance, call 1-888-800-9198
- Request help at CCCS Self Help Service Desk and submit a ticket (bottom of screen). Also displays the status level of various platforms (i.e. portal status, D2L, email, Banner, etc.)
- For help integrating resources into your Colorado Online course shell, Faculty and Instructors may use the extended-hour support direct contact number 1-720-858-2900 or email at.support.online@cccs.edu (Available: Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm; Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm).
